Mindfulness for high performance‚ in work and life

Ashley Wray is a meditation and mindfulness coach for high performers. Wray works with executives, leadership teams and athletes to incorporate mindfulness into their roles to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and build confidence. Her programming promotes creativity, improves communication, and creates clarity for decisive decision making. Wray works with companies such as Pfizer, Amazon, TED, and Mondelez to bring mindfulness into branding, leadership and culture. An accredited meditation teacher, Wray has studied at Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, UMass Memorial Health Center for Mindfulness, and Brown University. Additionally, Wray teaches at the Oxford Saïd Business School in collaboration with the Institute for Real Growth, a program for executives of Fortune 500 companies to incorporate purpose, values, and mindfulness in leadership, brand, and culture.
