“I believe for us to be better leaders, we need to first be connected to ourselves. The deeper our level of self connection, the better we can connect to and lead others. This is the first step in making meaningful impact. I’m committed to bringing the philosophy and practices of mindfulness to organizations and individuals in an accessible way. I want to make it easy, light, fun, and applicable to everyday life. Through customized training programs, I help those I work with to cultivate greater awareness, focus, and resilience, leading to improved performance and well-being. In my experience, high performing companies are more likely to invest in well-being and see better employee outcomes. I believe the most important asset of any organization is the people. One of the best questions I can ask — How engaged are your people? I believe mindfulness and well-being can engage us at our core, in life, in work, in relationship to others… but most importantly to ourselves.”
