Ashley Wray is a performance coach who utilizes the foundations of mindfulness while helping people reach their potential. Working with companies such as Pfizer, Intel, Audible, Mondelez, and TED, Wray supports high performance at the executive level, with an emphasis on clarity, focus and execution. In Sport, Wray works with athletes and management in 1:1 and team environments to support skillful performance in high pressure situations.  Through coaching and workshops, Wray uses mindfulness tools and practices as a framework to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and build confidence.  Additional areas of focus include creativity and innovation, communication, trust building within teams, and decisive decision making. Her work has been proven to positively impact culture and brand internally and externally.
