Ashley Wray is a mindfulness and wellbeing coach working with executives and athletes from across the globe. As a former award winning journalist, and CEO of 13 years, Wray now works with both individuals and teams to prepare, maintain and execute during times of high pressure, organizational change, and growth.

Within the world of corporate, Ashley has worked with companies such as Pfizer, Intel, Audible, Hitachi, Mondelez, and TED. Additional companies include Sesame Street, Vodafone, WPP, Britvic, and more.
Each integration is customized, depending on what the focus is within the company. This can range from re-engaging teams, transformational change within leadership, organization changes, restructuring of teams, and mergers and acquisitions. Ashley works with leaderships to ensure teams are communicating, trust is maintained (especially during times of transition), and that employees remain engaged to reach company goals. Ashley helps navigate change and growth by empowering leaders with tools rooted in wellbeing for better focus, clarity, communication, and effective leadership.
Wray has taught at Oxford Saiid Business School in partnership with the Institute for Real Growth, a program for executives of Fortune 500 companies to incorporate purpose, values, and mindfulness in leadership, brand, and culture.
Working in sport, Wray has worked with the Canadian Olympic Committee, Chelsea F.C., Tottenham Hotspurs F.C., and more. Wray works both with athletes and coaches to build and deliver customized programming that utilizes mindfulness for well-being and improved performance. While working in sport, Wray has helped organizations to integrate a culture of health and wellbeing within the business structure.

Through a combination of skills learned in a previous life as a broadcast journal and in her current work as an executive coach, Ashley has become an insightful and safe pair of hands to host an event.
Through her work as an executive coach to some of the world’s leading CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers) Ashley has gained unique insights into the challenges senior marketers face from the boardroom to the shop floor. There is often a strong focus on igniting innovation and creativity through mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
As a moderator, her studies in compassion and mindfulness enable her to create a safe space for speakers, putting them at ease and bringing out their best to create an excellent audience experience. As a host and MC, Ashley draws on her skills as workshop facilitator to build energy in the room deepen engagement and draw out interactions from the audience.
As both an opening and closing keynote speaker, Ashley has spoken at internal corporate events for international companies, as well as conferences bringing together leaders from a wide range of industries.
Running offsite’s for companies and assisting in setting the tone for a 2-3 day leadership retreat, Ashley helps to share the culture and trust building to lead to deeper conversations and increased innovation and creativity.
Accreditation + education
Wray is an accredited accredited 200 hour meditation teacher training with International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) as a part of their requirements/credentials for Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Professional Level.
Wray has studied numerous meditation modalities, including MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) at Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) at UMass Memorial Health Center for Mindfulness, Stanford University, and Brown University.
Committed to deepening her own practice for the betterment of self and her teachings, she continues to study at Insight Retreat Centre and the Mindfulness and Health Institute.
In business, Wray founded and scaled a business as CEO for 13 years, setting up manufacturing facilities in Asia, managing international distribution with global partners, and leading product development and design. This has given her additional insight in working with executives across different orgnizations.
